Unfortunately, there might be various factors why the sync is not working, but we would highly appreciate it if you could please make sure that you have done the following:

  1. You have connected to the internet on all of your devices;
  2. You have logged into the same iCloud account on all of your devices;
  3. You have made sure that the toggle for iCloud sync is turned on in the settings of Accountit (Accountit > Settings > iCloud);
  4. You have made sure that the iCloud functionality for Accountit is enabled in the settings of your devices (Settings > Your Name > iCloud). The toggle for Accountit should be turned on.

You can also try the debug options located on the 'iCloud' screen in the app. They will let you upload all of the data from your device to iCloud and fetch all of the data from iCloud to your device. You will also be able to see the debug logs that you can share with us for further assistance.
