If you would like to reorder the items on iOS, please tap on the ‘Settings’ menu in the top right corner of the items list or grid and then choose the ‘Reorder’ option from the menu.
If you would like to reorder the items on iPadOS, simply tap on the ‘List Arrow’ icon located in the toolbar of the items list or grid, in-between ‘Filter’ and ‘Archive’ icons.
On macOS, please click on the ‘List Arrow’ icon in the toolbar located in the top right corner of the app’s window, in-between ‘Filter’ and ‘Archive’ icons.
