Please read these terms of service ("Terms") before accessing our website www.designtech.so (”Website”), downloading and using our Doneit, Accountit, and Creativit apps (”Apps”), as well as it Toolbox bundle that includes our Doneit, Accountit, and Creativit apps (”it Toolbox”).
Website, Apps, and it Toolbox are operated by DesignTech SIA, a limited liability company that is registered in Latvia with the registration number: 41203070016 (”DesignTech”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing the Website, downloading and using the Apps, as well as it Toolbox, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms.
Each of the Apps (”App”) offers various features that require a purchase (”Premium Features”). Premium Features can be purchased as a monthly subscription which renews automatically every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date (”Monthly”), as a yearly subscription which renews automatically every year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date (”Yearly”), or as a one-time purchase that provides access to all of the Premium Features that the App currently has and will have on offer in the future.
Premium Features of it Toolbox (”it Toolbox Premium”) can be purchased as a yearly subscription which renews automatically every year unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date (”it Toolbox Premium Yearly”), or a one-time purchase that provides access to all of the Premium Features that it Toolbox currently has and will have on offer in the future. We use Lemon Squeezy to handle purchases and subscriptions for it Toolbox Premium. You can read the terms of Lemon Squeezy here: www.lemonsqueezy.com/terms.
You can cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription here: support.apple.com/en-us/118428. Your it Toolbox Premium Yearly subscription can be cancelled here: app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders or by contacting us via email: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]?subject=it%20Toolbox%20Premium%20Subscription%20Cancellation%20Request). In case of cancellation, you will lose access to the Premium Features after the subscription expires.
For refunds, please refer to Refunds section of the Terms.
We do not handle refunds for purchases of the Premium Features on the Apple’s App Store because they are handled by Apple. You can request a refund from Apple here: support.apple.com/en-us/118223.
