Please read these terms of service ("Terms") before accessing our website www.designtech.so (”Website”), downloading and using our Doneit, Accountit, Creativit, QuickResize, and QuickFiles apps (”Apps”), purchasing our it Toolbox bundle that includes our Doneit, Accountit, and Creativit apps (”it Toolbox”), purchasing our QuickTools bundle that includes our QuickResize and QuickFiles apps (”QuickTools”), as well as downloading and purchasing digital products ("Products") from our store store.designtech.so ("Store").
Website, Apps, it Toolbox, QuickTools, and Store are operated by DesignTech SIA, a limited liability company that is registered in Latvia with the registration number: 41203070016 (”DesignTech”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing the Website, downloading and using the Apps, purchasing the it Toolbox, purchasing the QuickTools, as well as downloading and purchasing the Products from the Store, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms.
Each of the Apps (”App”) offers various features that require a purchase (”Premium Features”). Premium Features can be purchased in the Apps on the Apple's App Store ("App Store") as, but not limited to, a monthly subscription which renews automatically every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date (”Monthly”), a yearly subscription which renews automatically every year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date (”Yearly”), or a one-time purchase that provides access to all of the Premium Features that the App currently has and will have on offer in the future.
Premium Features of it Toolbox (”it Toolbox Premium”) can be purchased as, but not limited to, a monthly subscription which renews automatically every month unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date (”it Toolbox Premium Monthly”), a yearly subscription which renews automatically every year unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date (”it Toolbox Premium Yearly”), or a one-time purchase that provides access to all of the Premium Features that it Toolbox currently has and will have on offer in the future.
Premium Features of QuickTools (”QuickTools Premium”) can be purchased as, but not limited to, a one-time purchase that provides access to all of the Premium Features that the QuickTools currently has and will have on offer in the future.

You can cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription here: support.apple.com/en-us/118428. Your it Toolbox Premium Monthly or it Toolbox Premium Yearly subscription can be cancelled here: app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders or by contacting us via email: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]?subject=it%20Toolbox%20Premium%20Subscription%20Cancellation%20Request). In case of cancellation, you will lose access to the Premium Features after the subscription expires.
