In order to edit the items in bulk on iOS, please tap on the ‘Settings’ menu in the top right corner of the items list or grid, then choose the ‘Select’ option from the menu and select the items that you would like to edit. You will then be able to duplicate, archive or delete the selected items.
In order to edit the items in bulk on iPadOS, please tap on the ‘Checkmark’ icon located in the toolbar of the item’s list or grid and then select the items that you would like to edit.
On macOS, please click on the ‘Checkmark’ icon in the toolbar located in the top right corner of the app’s window and then select the items that you would like to edit. Once selected, just right-click anywhere in the list or grid to show the context menu with the editing options.
